This sign is composed of two signs, the first being TEN and the second THREE. They are signed continuously. There should be no pause in between.

Description

TEN - Both A-Handshapes with palms facing one another are brought together. THREE - Right hand extends little, ring, and middle fingers and moves up so that palm is facing out.
